Blinds by Elegance is a company based on the Isle of Wight and have been trading since 1979. We now only sell our pleated blinds online for Clement Conservation Rooflight Windows.

Since meeting with Clement Windows in February 2011 we have begun manufacturing pleated blinds specifically for Clement Conservation Rooflight windows, with two ranges of cellular fabrics, one translucent and one blackout with 13 colours in both!
